Refund policy

At Passport Outfitters, your satisfaction matters to us. Because each item is made-to-order through our U.S. facilities. We accept returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items through our print-on-demand fulfillment partner, as well as other partners. We cannot accept returns due to buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.

Eligibility for returns

We will replace or refund your order if:

The product arrives damaged

The product is defective

The product you received is incorrect

The print quality is flawed

The item was damaged during shipping

To start a claim, please contact us at support@passportoutfitters.com
within 30 days of delivery. Please include:

Your order number

A description of the issue

Photo or video proof of the defect or damage

Items Not Eligible for Return

Because each product is custom printed specifically for your order, we cannot accept returns for:

Wrong size ordered

The customer changed their mind.

The customer entered an incorrect address.

Normal wear and tear after use

Return Instructions

If your claim is approved, we will provide you with our U.S. return address. Print-on-demand supplier and product return instructions.

Important: Please do not ship returns to our business address. Returns must be sent to the fulfillment partner who processed your order.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected by our fulfillment partner, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are not refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Order Cancellations

Cancellations are only accepted within two hours of placing an order because orders are automatically put into production shortly after purchase.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please place a new order.
