2. Travel Gear & Accessories Collection (Global Fulfillment) Our curated travel accessories, bags, and outdoor gear ship directly from our specialized international fulfillment centers.

  • Processing Time: 3–5 business days

  • U.S. Transit Time: 5–8 business days

  • Total Estimated U.S. Delivery: 6–10 business days

  • International Shipping (All Products): 8–18 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Shipment Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Tracking may take 24–48 hours to activate.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

The customer is responsible for reshipment costs if a package is returned because they gave an inaccurate or incomplete address.

Lost or stolen packages

If your package is marked as delivered but was not received:
